Our PM Gerry Bourdeau has been amazing! Recently we had an accident of water leaking on out unit, of course I was so shocked and anxious as first time. Gerry organized the different teams to work on the unit in a timely manner and keep me posted on everything. He is also very approachable whenever I have questions. I will absolutely not be able to manage this without his professionalism and leadership.

Melody I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being the star that your company said you might be. You have led us all in the right direction and our board and condominium are so much better for having you as our manager. Thank you for everything that you have done.

As chair of the board, I truly appreciated all of the work she (Kate F.) did to get up to speed so quickly with our issues, and the advice and assistance she provided to help us, as a board, shoulder our share of the responsibilities. It was my pleasure to work with such a professional, and you can be certain that she represented your company well.

Your hard work over the last 4 or 5 months did NOT go un-noticed by Shauna or I. Glad you liked the flowers and hope that you can keep them alive as I am abysmal at gardening and plants. We thank you!"

Every now and then some issues have come up about which I have gotten in touch with Cecilia McKenzie. Every single time she has not only helped with whatever the matter was but she did so in such a personal and friendly way. The relationship with her is far beyond a ‘business’ one. We have had good talks about the ‘community’ and how to value it and make it better. She is, in my view, like one of us. She contributes to the tone and quality of living here. I hope she never leaves.

You might wonder why the Pinnacle is one of the best managed condominium in the greater Ottawa? Maybe it has something to do with our long-time property manager, Cecilia McKenzie! As president and long-time member of the board of directors, I can say Cecilia is one of our greatest asset. She is responsive to the many needs of our owners; maintains great relationships with the Board, owners and contractors; exercises great judgement on the operation of our property; and not the least, she is fun to work with.
